Cheap food that doesn’t make you fat

Because duh, we want to put the F.U. in FUN, not FUPA. Some of the obvious tricks when dining out on a budget include:

Order small dishes: stick to salads and apps. or split items.
Dressing always on the side and stick to vinaigrettes, nothing creamy.

Unfortch, Healthy NY doesn’t cover the following: 

Mental health services, including treatment and medication for ADHD, depression, and anxiety
Alcohol and substance abuse treatment
Chiropractic coverage
Hospice care
Ambulance, dental care, vision care, durable medical equipment
